## 这是什么

聊天记录里经常同时藏着四类信号：某个人能提供什么、正在寻找什么、谁与谁可能互补，以及下一步该验证什么。问题是，这些信号通常散落在不同会话里，靠印象记忆，难以追溯，也很难形成持续行动。

关系增长飞轮提供一条可验收的本地工作流：

| 复盘 | 每周检查新增信号、验证结果、失败原因和后续动作 |

它不是群发工具、自动销售工具或联系人抓取器，也不承诺收入。它的目标是让每一个判断都能回到证据，让每一个外部动作都经过本人批准。

## 飞轮如何运转

整个流程默认停在本地分析与草稿阶段。失败、超时、权限不足或证据不完整会被记录为失败或 `NEEDS_REVIEW`，不会被改写成“零结果”或“已验证”。

### 1. 确认环境

当前唯一实测版本是 **关系增长飞轮：微信实战版**，支持 Windows 10/11 x64。

### 2. 先看虚构示例

从[完全虚构的示例 Vault](wechat-growth-flywheel-tutorial/example-vault/微信增长飞轮示例/README.md)进入，先理解人物、需求、供给和机会之间如何链接。示例不含真实联系人，可以安全浏览。

### 3. 完成安装与真实读取验收

严格按照[安装与验收清单](wechat-growth-flywheel-tutorial/安装与验收清单.md)完成以下检查：

- 从 CipherTalk 规范仓库安装固定版本；
- 验证 MCP health、status 与最小真实只读结果；
- 验证 Obsidian CLI 指向正确 Vault；
- 运行 starter Vault 隐私扫描；
- 明确数据授权范围和人工停止门。

只有脚本输出 `PRIVACY_OK`，且真实读取与 Vault 路径均通过验收后，才进入下一步。

### 4. 复制空白库并运行总提示词

1. 复制 [`starter-vault/微信增长飞轮`](wechat-growth-flywheel-tutorial/starter-vault/微信增长飞轮/README.md) 到自己的私密目录；
2. 使用 Obsidian 打开复制后的 Vault；
3. 新建 Codex 任务，粘贴[一键建库总提示词](wechat-growth-flywheel-tutorial/Codex一键建库总提示词.md)；
4. 只修改教程标出的七组读者参数；
5. 按阶段检查结果，在锁定人物 ID、建立机会卡和任何外部动作前分别确认。

第一次使用建议只运行 10 人最小版。遇到工具、分页、身份或证据问题时，按[常见故障与降级方案](wechat-growth-flywheel-tutorial/常见故障与降级方案.md)处理，不要跳过失败项继续补数。

### 5. 可选安装增长增强包

核心关系库完成最终验收后，再选择安装 [Marketing Skills 增长增强包](wechat-growth-flywheel-tutorial/extensions/marketing-skills-growth-pack/README.md)。增强包只读取本人明确选择的、已确认且已脱敏的聚合结论，用于生成客户信号主题、内容机会、增长循环和本地草稿；跳过它不影响核心关系库使用。

## 安全边界

- 只处理本人有权使用的数据，不读取他人账号或未经授权的会话；
- CipherTalk 与微信侧保持本地只读，只向本人确认的 Vault 写入最小化 Markdown 产物；
- 不公开真实联系人、群名、微信 ID、聊天原句、原始数据库、密钥或本地绝对路径；
- 不自动外联、发布、投放、转发、拉群、介绍、报价、承诺、撮合或花费预算；
- 所有外部动作都需要针对该动作的明确人工批准，沉默不等于批准；
- 身份未确认、来源归属不清或证据不足时保留 `identity_pending`、未知或待确认状态；
- 机会卡和内容草稿默认使用 `user_approved: false` 与 `external_action: none`；
- 不承诺收入，草稿、机会和匹配不等于成交或付费验证。

`Test-Package.ps1 -Phase final` 是真实环境最终验收门：只有完成端到端实测并生成真实的 `dry-run-log.md` 后才应通过。请勿用虚构日志绕过它。
