## Trigger On

## Workflow
1. **Perceive (Architecture Awareness):**
   - Check `.csproj` to identify `TargetFramework`.
   - Analyze `Views/Shared` to confirm existing configurations for layouts and partial views.

2. **Reason (Planning Phase):**
