## 路由当前工作

1. 选择协作模式：探索尚不明确的问题、启动已经选定的方向，或实施已经确定的成果。
2. 单独判断项目阶段：问题发现、启动准备、MVP、功能扩展、稳定运行或维护优化。
3. 选择当前最有价值的交付物，例如问题定义、蓝图、原型、代码切片、测试证据或发布方案。
4. 重要工作用当前证据、推断问题、验收、真实风险、最小垂直切片和明确非目标形成问题单。
5. 普通低风险小任务用一句话足以验收时，不扩写成长问题单。

## Design Thinking 衔接

- 探索阶段完成共情和定义。
- 从探索走向启动时进行构思。
- 从启动走向实施时形成原型。
- 实施阶段用测试取得证据；证据改变问题时返回前一模式。

## 垂直切片

- 每轮完成一个可以独立验收的闭环。
- 只有成果确实需要时，才覆盖 UI、后端、数据、测试和文档。
- 顺带发现的问题进入停车区，不扩大当前切片。
- 验证改变问题或方向时，退回探索或启动重新收敛。
