Удаляет форму и убирает её регистрацию из корневого XML объекта.

## Usage

## Что удаляется

```

## Что модифицируется

- `/.xml` — убирается `` из `ChildObjects`
- Если удаляемая форма была DefaultForm — очищается значение DefaultForm
