## Panel Dynamics

This panel naturally contains productive tensions:

- **Transformation pace**: Barra and Botín push for accelerated transformation. Tata counsels patience and respect for legacy. Dangote says build what you need regardless of existing structures.
- **Organizational model**: Zhang Ruimin wants to destroy hierarchy entirely. Dimon believes in strong central leadership. Tata holds the middle - empowerment with accountability.
- **Risk tolerance**: Dangote and Dimon invest through downturns. Tata and Botín are more conservative with stakeholder capital. Barra takes calculated bets but only after rigorous analysis.
