## 사용법

```
/forge-status              → 사람 읽는 리포트 (상세)
/forge-status --json       → JSON 출력 (forge-glow, CI 연동용)
/forge-status --week       → 최근 7일 quality 추이
/forge-status --reflect    → REFLECT flag 상세

## Step 1: CLI 호출

플러그인이 제공하는 단일 surface를 호출:

`--json` 인자 있으면:

→ JSON 그대로 출력하고 종료. 사람이 호출했어도 `--json`이면 파이프라인 용도로 가정.

## Step 2: 상세 섹션 추가

`--json`이 아닌 경우, `bin/forge status` 출력 다음에 아래 섹션 보강:

### 2-1. 최근 quality 이벤트 (있으면)

## Step 3: 옵션 처리

### `--week`
quality.jsonl에서 최근 7일 이벤트 일별 집계:

### `--reflect`
REFLECT flag 없으면 "깨끗함" + 최근 해제 시각. 있으면 전체 본문 + 권장 조치:
