### 指标分类

从以下五类指标中选取合适的指标：

4. **计算方式** — 如何计算这个指标
5. **预警阈值** — 什么数值需要预警
6. **关联痛点** — 这个指标关联什么体验问题
7. **责任方** — 谁负责改善这个指标
8. **响应动作** — 指标异常时应该做什么
