App `AddScoped` **sau** `AddEntityFramework()` / `AddCoreDbContext()`.

## TenantId — keyed resolver + factory chain

```

Tra Master trong resolver: dùng `IDbContextFactory`, không `IMasterUnitOfWork`.

## ConnectionString — custom resolver

```

Cần overload 2 generic + interceptor khi connection động theo tenant.
