## Quy tắc cốt lõi

- `builder.AddCoreSwagger()` sau `AddCoreWebApi` / API versioning.
- `app.UseCoreSwagger()` trước `MapControllers` (theo pipeline Host Jarvis).
- Section `Swagger` trong appsettings — `Enable`, `Versions`, `SecuritySchemes`.
- API versioning: host đăng ký `AddApiVersioning` + `AddApiExplorer` (không nằm trong package Swashbuckle).
- XML examples: `IExamplesProvider<>` + `true`.
