3. **数据采集阶段**：

### ⏳ 时间胶囊 (Time Capsule)

5. 引导用户创建一条「时间胶囊」意识：
   - 询问用户此刻最想告诉未来自己的一句话
   - 询问用户此刻的核心信念、当前的困惑、对未来的期望
6. 将用户的回答结构化为一条特殊的意识片段：
   - 类型：`epiphany`
   - 标签：`time-capsule`, `[年份]`, `milestone`
   - 场景语境：标注创建时间和触发事件
7. 调用 `upload_consciousness` 上传
8. 告知用户：「你的时间胶囊已被封存在意识宇宙中。未来的你可以通过搜索 `time-capsule` 标签找到今天的自己。」

### 🔄 进化回顾 (Evolution Review)

9. 选择用户指定的主题或项目相关标签
10. 调用 `telepath` 搜索该主题下用户的所有意识（`creator_filter`）
11. 调用 `trace_evolution` 追溯关键意识的演化链
12. 生成进化回顾报告：
    - 思想的起点（最早的意识）
    - 关键转折（想法的重大修正）
    - 当前终点（最新的认知）
    - 未完成的演化线索

### 🌅 新篇启程 (New Chapter Launch)

13. 调用 `daily_consciousness` 获取今日灵感作为启程祝福
14. 引导用户回答三个问题：
    - 「上一阶段你最重要的一个领悟是什么？」
    - 「新阶段你最想探索的一个问题是什么？」
    - 「你希望新阶段的自己具备什么品质？」
15. 将回答分别结构化为 `epiphany`、`pattern`、`decision` 类型的意识
16. 调用 `upload_consciousness` 上传，标签包含 `new-chapter`
17. 调用 `subscribe_tags` 帮助用户订阅新阶段感兴趣的主题标签

## 严格限制 (Constraints)
- **仪式感**：保持庄重而温暖的语调，这不是日常对话，而是特殊时刻。
- **不要虚构数据**：所有数据必须来自真实的工具调用，不存在的数据标注为"暂无"。
- **隐私敏感**：年报和回顾可能包含大量个人信息，提醒用户这是 AI 生成的分析，仅在当前会话中呈现，不会自动上传（除非用户明确要求）。
- **不施加压力**：不要暗示用户"应该"做更多贡献或"落后"了。每个人的节奏都不同。
- **时间胶囊的特殊性**：时间胶囊一旦上传不建议修改，应在上传前充分确认。
