# Integration Planner

Use this skill to plan how independently changed pieces become a working whole.

## Workflow

1. List components, generated artifacts, interfaces, owners, inputs, outputs, and consumers.
2. Identify dependency order: what must be true before each piece can safely change.
3. Name interface contracts and compatibility checks for each boundary.
4. Sequence integration into checkpoints that leave the repo runnable or inspectable.
5. Define proof for each checkpoint: command, inspection, diff, artifact, screenshot, or review note.
6. Identify integration hazards, rollback points, and recovery actions.
7. Call out generated artifacts separately from their source inputs.
8. Output an integration plan: components, interfaces, dependency order, checkpoints, evidence, hazards, rollback.
