## 流程

1. 识别当前分支策略、CI 平台、构建命令、测试命令、制品和部署环境。
2. 将 lint、类型检查、测试、安全扫描、许可证检查和构建纳入质量门禁。
3. 区分 PR 验证、主干验证、非生产发布和生产发布，不把生产发布默认自动化。
4. 对密钥、OIDC、环境保护、审批人、回滚和告警建立明确边界。
5. 输出流水线结构、失败排查路径、权限要求和人工审批点。
