## 核心能力

用财务指标快速排除垃圾股，找到有基本面支撑的标的。

## 筛选规则

### 成长股筛选
- 连续3年营收增速 ≥ 30%
- 净利润增速 ≥ 25%
- ROE ≥ 15%

### 价值股筛选
- 市盈率（PE）< 行业均值
- 股息率 ≥ 3%
- 资产负债率 ≤ 50%

### 避雷规则（直接排除）
- ST股
- 近1年业绩亏损超50%
- 大股东减持比例 ≥ 5%

## 短线交易基本面检查

即使是短线题材股，也要检查：
1. 是否有减持
2. 是否亏损
3. 是否有黑天鹅风险

避免踩中"黑天鹅"。

## 数据获取

调用 akshare-stock 获取：
- 财务报表数据
- 股东增减持数据
- 市盈率、股息率等估值数据

## 触发场景
