# Stop Slop 中文版

消除中文写作中可预测的AI痕迹。

## 核心原则

1. **砍掉套话。** 去除开头废话、强调性废话、和所有填充副词。参见 [references/phrases.md](references/phrases.md)。

2. **打破公式化结构。** 避免"不仅...而且..."堆砌、排比句泛滥、三段式论证、假大空的对比。参见 [references/structures.md](references/structures.md)。

3. **用主动语态。** 每句话都要有人在做事情。不用被动句。不让无生命的东西执行人的动作（"问题得到了解决" → "团队解决了问题"）。

4. **说具体的。** 不说空泛的"意义深远"，说具体是什么意义。不用"所有"、"永远"、"从不"这种偷懒的极端词。

5. **把读者拉进场景。** 不要居高临下的旁白口吻。"你"比"人们"好。具体的比抽象的好。

6. **变化节奏。** 交错长句短句。两项比三项好。每段结尾不要一样。少用破折号和省略号。

7. **信任读者。** 直接说事实。跳过铺垫、解释、手把手式的引导。不给公式再用人话翻译一遍。

8. **砍掉金句感。** 如果一句话读起来像格言，重写它。

## 快速检查清单

交付中文文本之前：

- 有填充副词吗？（非常、真正、显然、确实）砍掉。
- 有被动句吗？找到执行者，让他做主语。
- 无生命的东西在执行人的动作吗？（"文化发生了转变"）找到具体的人。
- 开头在铺垫吗？（"随着...的发展"）直接说正题。
- 在用"不仅...而且..."堆砌吗？选一个说。
- 三句连续长度一样吗？打破一句。
- 段落结尾都是总结性的短句吗？变化一下。
- 有空泛的总结吗？（"为...注入了新的活力"）说具体做了什么。
- 四字成语在连续堆砌吗？只留一个，或者换成具体的描述。
- 排比句在假装有力吗？砍到只剩一句。
- "不是...而是..."出现了超过一次吗？直接说"而是"后面的内容，省掉"不是"那半句。
- 感叹号超过一个吗？砍掉。
- 省略号没有省略实际内容吗？删掉。
- 公式后面跟了一段"人话翻译"吗？公式能独立就不要翻译，翻译能替代公式就不要给公式。
- 有"直觉：""思路：""直观理解："这类引导标签吗？删掉标签，把内容直接写出来。
- 有同义反复吗？（"所需代价仅需""目前现状""免费赠送"）去掉冗余的一半。
- 有"中文词（English Term）"的双语对译吗？第一次出现可以标注，之后选一个用到底。没有通行中文译名的术语，直接用英文。

每个维度打1-10分：
