Confirm the URL or files, supported browsers, device classes, user journeys, assistive technology available, target WCAG version, and whether the review covers content, code, design, or all three.

Critical blocks a core journey. High affects many users or prevents completion. Medium creates friction with a workaround. Low improves clarity or resilience.
