Pat an imaginary ball at the side with the right hand, pushing down and letting it
come back up, with a low athletic bounce. Loops.

## How
- High: `RightUpperArm:[55,0,-20]`,`RightForearm:[0,0,40]` (hand mid-height),
  small dip `root.y:-0.05`.
- Push down: `RightUpperArm:[75,0,-10]`,`RightForearm:[0,0,15]` (hand low),
  `root.y:-0.12`.
- Soft knee bounce (`LeftLeg:[10,0,0]`); `loop:true`.
