# 情绪描写 · 演出来别喊出来（emotion）

网文最忌"喊情绪"——"我很心疼""我好痛苦"。本技能把情绪**演出来**，让读者自己感受到，而不是被通知。

## 何时用
- 把"我很X""他感到X"改成可感的描写
- 情绪写得太直白、太空、没代入感
- 写虐点/感动/紧张/愤怒/委屈等情绪场景
- "让读者自己感受到"，而不是作者替他下结论

## 核心原则
不告诉读者"我什么感受"，而是展示"我的身体/动作/语言怎么了"，让读者自己得出那个感受。
- ❌ “我很心疼他。”
- ✅ “我伸手想替他擦掉血，指尖快碰到时又顿住，最后只是把外套往他身上紧了紧。”

## 工作流

### 改稿三步（最常用）
1. **找**：圈出所有"我很X / 他感到X / 心里特别X"的直白情绪句。
2. **定**：这个情绪下，身体/动作/语言会有什么真实反应？查 `references/show-emotion.md` 的“情绪→外显对照表”。
3. **换**：用 1–2 个具体细节替换那句直白，必要时加一句潜台词，**删掉"我很X"**。给"原句 → 改后"对照。

### 写新场景
直接按 6 条通道写（从 `show-emotion.md` 取，挑 1-2 条最准的）：
神态/微表情 · 小动作 · 生理反应 · 对话潜台词 · 环境物件烘托(克制) · 留白。

## 铁律
- **1–2 个准细节就够**，别堆五个动作（堆了又油腻、又 AI）。
- **克制**：成年人的情绪是收着的，越克制越戳（女频虐点尤其）。"我累了"比嚎啕更狠。
- **环境烘托要具体要轻**，别写成"无缘无故的修辞"（"那杯茶早凉了，她也没动" 好过 "心如刀绞")。
- 极快节奏（番茄打斗/打脸）可适当直给，看场景，不必处处含蓄。

## 输出
- 改稿：逐句"原句 → 改后"对照，并说明换了哪条通道。
- 新写：直接给可感的描写片段。
- 始终保留剧情不变，只改"喊→演"。

## 反例对照
- ❌“我很伤心，八年感情成了笑话。”→ ✅“我扯了扯嘴角，挤出一个笑。”
- ❌“他很愤怒。”→ ✅“他后槽牙咬得咯咯响，把杯子轻轻放下——太轻了。”
- ❌“我好想你。”→ ✅“我给那个再也不会回的号码发了条消息，又一个字一个字删掉。”

## 下一步
情绪改完 → `expand` 接进正文；整体还有 AI 味 → `deslop`；台词潜台词 → `dialogue`。
