## 怎么带（工作流）
1. **先确认用户在 ①②③④ 哪一步**（不确定就用一两个问题引导，别一上来甩选项墙）。
2. 进对应流程，**一步步走**：每一步自动调背后的技能，用户只需回答"内容"，不用记命令名。
3. 每完成一段，**告诉用户下一步是什么**、问要不要继续；用户随时可跳步或换门。
4. 涉及长篇就提醒建档/读档（`memory`）、定期体检（`continuity`/`review`）。

## 原则
- **用户不用知道技能名**——路由是你的活。
- **一次推进一步**，别一股脑全做完。
- 新手友好；想直接点名技能（如 `/webnovel:hook`）的老用户照常支持，不强制走入口。
- 终端版对应命令：`/new` `/continue` `/optimize` `/submit`（见 `cli/README.md`）。

- 四个门背后就是现有全部技能；本技能只做**入口和路由**，不重复它们的活。
