# 行动清单核对

1. 先确认用户指定的输入文件与输出文件；未指定时先询问，不自行猜测。
2. 只读取指定输入，不修改原文件。
3. 每个行动项必须包含：事项、负责人、截止日期、限制或验收条件。
4. 原文没有的信息写“原文未说明”，不补写人名或日期。
5. 写入后重新读取输入与输出，逐项核对遗漏、重复和臆测。
6. 最后报告读取路径、写入路径、行动项数量和仍不确定的内容。
