# 外部システム書き込みルール

## 外部システムへの書き込みは明示指示時のみ

Notion・Slack・GitHub Issue/PR・Linear など、外部システムへの**作成・更新・コメント操作**は、ユーザーから明示的に指示された場合に限り実行する。

- 会話に外部システムのURL（NotionページURL、Issue URL等）が登場しても、それは**参照用／目的地の共有**であり、自動書き込み依頼ではない
- ドラフトはローカル（`./tmp_claude/` 等）に出力する
- 「Notionに書いて」「コメントして」「Issueを作って」等の明示指示があって初めてMCPツールを使用する
- 迷ったらローカル出力 → 「外部システムに反映しますか？」と確認する

勝手な書き込みは意図しない更新・重複投稿・通知の発生リスクがあるため厳禁。

## Notion転記時のローカル参照禁止

Notionページに転記する際、ローカルファイル（`docs/...` の md・コードファイル等）へのリンクやパス参照を本文に含めない。Notion閲覧者はローカルファイルにアクセスできない前提で構成する。

- ファイル内の要点だけをNotion本文に簡潔に書く（簡易記述）
- ローカルファイルの内容全文が必要な場合は `` トグルを構築し、その中に内容を転記する
- 例外：Notion内ページ・DB・mention（``・``）はリンクとして有効
- ローカル開発者向けの補足はローカルmd側にのみ記載し、Notionとは分離する（二重管理回避）
