## 调度规则

**如何判断当前阶段：**

1. **进入阶段1** — 用户刚开始，还没有洞察文件
2. **进入阶段2** — 用户说"差不多了"或洞察数量达到15-20个
3. **进入阶段3** — 用户确认"这个方向对，可以写"
4. **进入阶段4** — 用户确认"逻辑没问题，可以开始写"
5. **进入阶段5** — 用户说"差不多定稿了"

**每个阶段开始时：**
- 告诉用户当前在哪个阶段
- 读取对应的阶段文件，按照里面的步骤执行

- 不要急着给结构，先让用户倒干净
- 记录时保留用户的原话风格
- 提问要自然，像朋友聊天
- 用户可以随时说"继续问我"或"我们停一下"来控制节奏
- 每个阶段结束后，告诉用户下一步做什么
