## Purpose

Draft prose from a canon-backed brief, not from vague memory.

Use `novel-load-context` first.

## Workflow

1. Restate the chapter goal and the 3-5 must-use facts.
2. Restate the anti-AI rules before drafting.
3. Draft the scene or chapter.
4. Keep the prose concrete:
   - action over explanation
   - specific sensory detail over abstract mood
   - conflict progression over recap
5. Hand off to `novel-continuity-review` before treating the draft as current truth.

## Guardrails

- Never contradict character state, known location, or hard world rules.
- If the brief is underspecified, stop and request a better brief.
- Technique transfer is allowed; named-author cloning is not.
