Parameters:

• query (string, required) — Search term
• state (string, optional) — Filter by state
• type (string, optional) — Filter by type: telehealth, local, clinic, pharmacy, weight-loss, wellness, endocrinology, etc.
• limit (number, optional) — Max results (default 10, max 25)
