Terms of Service

Effective June 26, 2026

AgentStack is a VooStack product, a marketplace for discovering, installing, and selling MCP servers, skills, and toolkits for AI agents. By using AgentStack you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials and license keys secure. You must be able to form a binding contract to buy or sell on AgentStack.

Installing & using listings

Listings are software you run in your own environment. Every version is security-reviewed before it lists (see our security review), but the verified badge is a per-version signal, not a warranty. You are responsible for evaluating a listing's fitness for your use, and for the keys, data, and permissions you grant it.

Selling on AgentStack

Sellers grant AgentStack the right to list, market, and distribute their listings. Sellers keep 70% of every sale; AgentStack retains a 30% platform fee on one-time sales, subscriptions, base fees, and metered usage alike. Payouts run through Stripe Connect and are subject to Stripe's terms. You must have the rights to everything you publish and must not ship malware, secret exfiltration, or content that violates the security review.

Payments & refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are set by sellers. Refund eligibility depends on the pricing model and the circumstances of the purchase, contact us if a charge looks wrong.

Acceptable use

Don't use AgentStack to distribute malicious code, evade the security review, infringe others' rights, or disrupt the service. We may suspend listings or accounts that violate these terms, and we pull the verified badge from any version found to be unsafe.

Disclaimers

AgentStack is provided "as is." The security review reduces risk but does not guarantee that any listing is free of bugs or vulnerabilities. To the extent permitted by law, VooStack is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the marketplace or its listings.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by a new effective date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
