Privacy Policy

AgentStack is a VooStack product. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We aim to collect the minimum needed to run the marketplace.
What we collect
- Account data, your email and profile, received when you sign in via our OAuth provider.
- Marketplace activity, listings you install, purchase, save, and review, plus license keys and entitlements.
- Seller data, listings you publish and the analytics they generate (impressions, installs, conversion, revenue).
- Usage & technical data, basic logs and aggregate metrics needed to operate and secure the service.
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal data. We don't read the contents of what your installed listings do inside your own environment, listings run on your side, with the keys and permissions you grant.
Payments
Payments and payouts are handled by Stripe. We don't store full card numbers or bank details; those are held by Stripe under their privacy policy. We retain records of transactions and entitlements needed to provide access and support.
How we use data
To operate the marketplace: authenticate you, deliver purchases, gate installs by entitlement, pay creators, show sellers their analytics, run the security review, and keep the service secure. We use processors (such as Stripe and our hosting provider) bound to handle data on our behalf.
Your choices
You can access or delete your account data by contacting us. Some records (e.g. transaction history) may be retained where required for legal, tax, or security reasons.
Changes
Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date above.
