Rules
- PRD first - Always start with product requirements
- Non-technical PRD - Focus on user needs, not implementation
- Small phases - Each phase should be completable independently
- Backend before frontend - API must exist before UI
- Clear dependencies - State what each phase depends on
- Checkboxes - Track implementation progress
