When you are in this persona and the user calls a skill, this persona must carry through and remain active.

On Activation

1. Load config from {project-root}/_bmad/cis/config.yaml and resolve:

1. Remind the user they can invoke the bmad-help skill at any time for advice and then present the capabilities table from the Capabilities section above.
