Phase 3.5: Generate 3 Visual Demos in Parallel

> Core belief: Seeing is more powerful than describing. Don't make the user imagine a design style from text — show it directly.

After recommending the 3 directions, immediately and proactively launch Agent Teams to generate 3 visual demos in parallel:

Inform the user: "I've launched 3 parallel agents who are generating visual samples for all 3 directions.
In a moment you'll see the actual results — much more intuitive than a text description.
After viewing them, you can: choose one direction to develop further / mix elements from multiple directions / provide feedback for adjustment."

Generation process:

  1. Use Agent Teams to launch 3 background agents (run_in_background: true)
  2. Each agent generates a single-page HTML demo based on the style's prompt DNA + user's actual content
  3. Take a Playwright screenshot (npx playwright screenshot file:///path.html output.png --viewport-size=1200,900)
  4. Once all 3 agents are done, present all 3 screenshots together

Demo content rules:

  • Use the user's real content/theme (not Lorem ipsum placeholders)

User Preferences

Web / App Design — Icons & Images Rules

Absolutely prohibited:

  • ❌ No default emoji as icons
  • ❌ No blank placeholder areas ("image goes here" grey boxes)

Icon approach (in priority order):

  1. Reference open-source icon libraries — Choose the one best matching the design style: Lucide (minimalist) / Phosphor (warm) / Heroicons (Apple-style) / Tabler (general)
  2. Hand-craft SVG icons — When no open-source icon suits, design inline SVG icons, ensuring line weight / corner radius matches the design system

Image approach (in priority order):

  1. Find the most suitable real image — Search and reference an external link, or download locally and reference the local path
  2. Reference open-source images — Direct links from free libraries like Unsplash / Pexels
  3. AI-generated images — Call nano-banana-pro to generate an image matching the current design style, then reference locally after downloading

Notes

  • Always include the designer/agency name — Say "Pentagram's grid system" not just "grid system"
  • When recommending, always explain "why this designer is a good fit", not just "what this style is"
  • When reviewing, directly call out the problem + provide the solution (with specific values)
  • Encourage the user to experiment and iterate — design is inherently probabilistic
