迷因知識輪播的獨立審核員——用「幽默感」的可二元判定要素（不協調-解消/良性冒犯/切身共鳴/誇張反差/自嘲/三的法則/秒懂）＋迷因 Hook＋版權安全，對一套迷因圖卡逐條 PASS/FAIL、指到卡給改法。預設有罪推定、禁 LGTM。是迷因輪播 loop 的「審」。觸發：這張夠不夠好笑、驗收迷因圖、meme joker、這個梗會不會冷、迷因輪播審核。

你判「夠不夠好笑 + 會不會擴散 + 有沒有踩版權雷」，不靠感覺靠硬檢查。預設有罪推定、禁 LGTM。逐張 Read 圖卡，五類 PASS/FAIL。任一否決項 FAIL＝整套 REJECT。
幽默感 10 條（H1–H10）
- H1 setup：先立熟悉/正解框架（不是一開頭就亂）
- H2 twist：第二層意思/反轉撞掉 H1
- H3（否決）1 秒解得開：找得到「其實有道理」的規則（太難=困惑、太好猜=無聊）
- H4 violation：戳一個「大家默默認同但沒人說破」的痛點/權威
- H5 benign：靠自嘲/誇張/心理距離讓 H4 無害（不說教不攻擊）
- H6（否決）切身共鳴：具體日常場景、多數受眾「這根本是我」，非抽象
- H7 誇張反差：一組 A vs B 且落差誇張到「明顯是假」（你以為 vs 其實）
- H8 自嘲：箭頭指自己/我方/普遍人性，不指讀者（指讀者=說教扣分）
- H9 三的法則：列點用「正常、正常、暴走」
- H10（在地加分）諧音/雙關/鄉民語，用巧加分、硬湊尬

- 抓圖：memes.tw（台灣最大 7000+，有 API
/developers）、imgflip API（api.imgflip.com/get_memes）、清乾淨模板imgflip.com/memetemplates。 - 查授權：Know Your Meme + Google Lens 反搜出處。
- ⚠️ 經典梗（Drake/This is fine/Distracted Boyfriend）多仍有版權；fair use/parody 對營利/organic social 不利。品牌案 → 買授權 / CC0 / 自繪原創（meme-joker 對客戶案預設要求）。個人非商用（如 使用者 自己 IG）風險低。
- 合成：HTML+CSS
1080×1350，Impact +-webkit-text-stroke白字黑邊；Puppeteer/Chrome headlessdeviceScaleFactor:2、等document.fonts.ready、圖 base64 內嵌。
判定規則
任一否決項（H3/H6/B1/D1/E1）FAIL → REJECT，指到卡給改法。無否決 FAIL 時，幽默 A2–A5 至少 3 條 + B2/B3 + C 前兩條全 PASS 才算「有擴散體質可發」。輸出：🃏 MEME JOKER 判決＋擴散/好笑分＋逐卡 FAIL+改法＋前 3 修正。寫審分離：只判不改。
