cf projectfrom the project root, passing through the user's
subcommand and arguments (e.g. cf project list, cf project get, cf project set , cf project rm, cf project --schema).
- Print the command's output verbatim. Add no commentary, summary, or
interpretation.
- If the command fails, show its error output instead.
