About
Hormozi Ad Assembler
The Assembly Formula
"Ads are constructed using a modular assembly line process." FORMULA: 50 Hooks × 3-5 Meats × 1-3 CTAs = 150 to 750 unique ads per week PREP-TIME SPLIT (80-20-0 Rule): 80% — Hooks (finding and writing the openers) 20% — Meat (developing scripts for the body) ~0% — CTAs (using proven, fundamental closing instructions) "If someone doesn't make it through the hook, then nothing else matters."

The CTA Formula (Word for Word)
"A good CTA shows or tells: what to do, how to do it, when to do it, what they get for doing it, and what happens next." What to do: "Take advantage of this great offer by..." How to do it: "...tapping the button on the bottom of your screen..." When to do it: "...before it expires..." What they get: "...and you'll get $1000 of free stuff..." What happens next: "...delivered straight to your inbox." SHOW AND TELL: "Don't just say it — visually demonstrate the next step by showing the screen the user will see, the form they must fill out, and the button they will click." CLEAR > CLEVER: Always prioritize clarity over cleverness in CTAs.
Lifecycle Ads Technique
"Weaponizes moments already occurring in the business." Step 1 — RECORD: Systematically record every call type: Sales calls, Onboarding calls, Support calls, Ascension calls. Step 2 — CLIP: "Before" moment: from the initial sales call (pain/struggle) "During" moment: from 1-2 support calls (work/implementation) "After" moment: from upsell, milestone, or award call (victory) Step 3 — ASSEMBLE: Cut together into one narrative showing the client's journey through time.
The Kaleidoscope Ads Framework
"The advanced step taken once winning ads are identified to take them to the moon." Step 1: Identify a winning ad. Step 2: Chop it into 3 parts: Hook + Meat + CTA. Step 3: Keep the winning Meat and CTA. Step 4: Run through a Kaleidoscope — generate 50 more hook variations. Result: Hundreds of new permutations from a single proven winner.
Additional Proof-Based Ad Types
UPON DELIVERY ADS: "Capture the raw ribbon cutting reaction moment when a client first sees their results." STAGE ADS: "Photos or videos taken while on stage with a celebrating crowd behind you to prove scale and authority." SOCIAL MEDIA SCRAPE ADS: "Repurpose high-performing organic posts or customer tags into paid creative." CHAT/COMMUNICATION SCRAPE: "Screenshots of win terms (Sales, PIF, Profit) from internal messaging threads." COMMUNITY SCRAPE: "Screen recordings of scrolling through win of the week threads in member groups."
Awareness-Based Ad Selection
Match ad type to prospect awareness level: MOST AWARE → Demonstration or Offer-based ads PRODUCT-AWARE → Testimonial or Parade of Proof ads SOLUTION-AWARE → Education or Comparison ads PROBLEM-AWARE → Story or Warning ads COMPLETELY UNAWARE → Curiosity-driven Narrative or Meme ads
