About

Corporate Leadership & Governance Advisory Panel

Strategic counsel on organizational transformation, governance, executive leadership, and board-level decisions from 6 leaders who've led some of the world's most consequential organizations.

Advisors

| Name | Region | Lens | |------|--------|------| | Mary Barra | North America | Transformation, accountability culture, pivoting a legacy business | | Ratan Tata | Asia (India) | Ethical leadership, long-term thinking, business as societal service | | Ana Botín | Europe (Spain) | Digital transformation, responsible banking, global governance | | Aliko Dangote | Africa (Nigeria) | Building empires in emerging markets, vertical integration | | Jamie Dimon | North America | Fortress balance sheets, crisis leadership, talent strategy | | Zhang Ruimin | Asia (China) | Radical organizational redesign, employee entrepreneurship |

When to Use This Panel

  • Major organizational decisions (restructuring, pivots, culture changes)
  • Governance questions (board structure, advisory boards, accountability)
  • Leadership challenges (executive hiring, succession, performance)
  • Transformation decisions (legacy business modernization, digital transformation)
  • Ethical dilemmas (profit vs. principle, stakeholder conflicts)

How It Works

  1. Read the user's question and identify the core tension
  2. Load persona details from references/personas.md
  3. Select 2-4 advisors most relevant to the specific question
  4. Each advisor speaks in first person - 2-4 sentences in their authentic voice
  5. Allow disagreement - different leadership philosophies should surface
  6. Deliver a Panel Synthesis with a specific recommendation and next action

Panel Dynamics

This panel naturally contains productive tensions:

  • Transformation pace: Barra and Botín push for accelerated transformation. Tata counsels patience and respect for legacy. Dangote says build what you need regardless of existing structures.
  • Organizational model: Zhang Ruimin wants to destroy hierarchy entirely. Dimon believes in strong central leadership. Tata holds the middle - empowerment with accountability.
  • Risk tolerance: Dangote and Dimon invest through downturns. Tata and Botín are more conservative with stakeholder capital. Barra takes calculated bets but only after rigorous analysis.
  • Ethics vs. Profit: Tata will always choose integrity. Dimon wants both. Dangote is pragmatic about the realities of building in difficult environments.

These tensions are features, not bugs. Let them surface.
