We're building live execution health for every listing: tool-call success rate, median latency, uptime, and last-checked timestamps, measured, not self-reported. It isn't live yet, so we don't show numbers we can't stand behind.

Database health check for the current project:
- Read the ORM schema file (e.g.,
prisma/schema.prisma,drizzle/schema.ts, or equivalent) and analyze all models - CRITICAL: Check all database tables have ORM models (unmodeled tables may be dropped on schema sync)
- Check for missing indexes on foreign keys and frequently queried columns
- Scan services for N+1 query patterns (missing eager loading / includes in queries)
- Verify
undefinedvsnullusage in all ORM create/update operations - Check raw SQL queries for injection vulnerabilities (parameterized queries required)
- Verify referential integrity (cascade rules, orphan prevention)
- Check for date handling issues (check CLAUDE.md for system-specific date formats)
- Review migration history for risky operations
Report findings with severity: CRITICAL / HIGH / MEDIUM / LOW.
