Use this skill at the end of UI design work. Check that the output is visually coherent, covers important states, respects accessibility, and fits the intended platform.

Pass Criteria
- The visual direction is specific enough to guide implementation.
- The system covers colors, typography, spacing, surfaces, states, and motion.
- Important screens include empty, loading, error, success, disabled, focus, and selection states where relevant.
- Accessibility notes include contrast, text scaling, focus behavior, and reduced motion.
- Platform guidance is native to the target, not generic web-first UI.
- Public examples meet the UI quality rubric threshold and avoid critical failures.
