PRD について

PRD は、プロダクトに要求されていることが書かれた文書です。プロダクトに求められる要求を明確にし、チームメンバー間の認識を統一するために作成されます。

使用方法

基本的なワークフロー

  1. テンプレートの参照: PRD の構造は [references/prdtemplate.md](references/prdtemplate.md) を参照してください
  2. 情報の収集: ユーザーから以下の情報を必要に応じて収集します：
  • プロダクトの概要と背景
  • 対象ユーザー
  • 解決する問題
  • プロダクトビジョン
  • 機能要件
  • 技術要件
  • スケジュールやマイルストーン
  1. PRD の作成: 収集した情報を基にテンプレートに従って PRD を作成します
  2. 保存先: 作成した PRD は docs/prd.md に保存します

PRD のセクション構成

PRD は以下のセクションで構成されます：

  1. Intro & Goal: 開発の背景、問題や課題
  2. Concept / Value Proposition: スコープの定義
  3. Product Vision: プロダクトの原則と概要
  4. Who's it for?: 対象ユーザー
  5. Why build it?: 解決する問題
  6. What is it?: 機能と技術要件
  • Glossary: 用語定義
  • User Types: ユーザータイプ
  • UI/Screens/Functionalities: UI、画面、機能
  1. Brainstormed Ideas: その他のアイデア
  2. Competitors & Product Inspiration: 競合分析
  3. Seeding Users & Content: 初期ユーザーと獲得戦略、KPI
  4. Mockups: モックアップやデザイン
  5. Tech Notes: 技術的観点でのメモ

作成時の原則

  • 簡潔さ: 各セクションは簡潔に記述し、必要な情報のみを含めます
  • 具体性: 曖昧な表現を避け、具体的な要件を記述します
  • 構造化: テンプレートの構造に従い、読みやすいドキュメントを作成します
  • 柔軟性: すべてのセクションを埋める必要はありません。プロダクトの性質に応じて適切なセクションを使用します

日本語での作成

PRD は日本語で作成します。ビジネス文書として適切な表現を使用してください。

インタラクティブな作成プロセス

すべての情報が最初から提供されていない場合は、ユーザーに質問して必要な情報を収集します。ただし、一度に多くの質問をしてユーザーを圧倒しないよう注意してください。最も重要な質問から始め、段階的に情報を収集します。
