NEVER ADD TESTERS OR DISTRIBUTE BUILDS WITHOUT FIRST CONFIRMING GROUP AND BUILD IDS — RUN asc-id-resolver FIRST
Use --paginate on all list commands for accounts with many testers or groups to avoid incomplete results.
