How This Skill Works

Mode 1: Task Dispatch

Decompose a task, get S&QA approval, dispatch to departments, collect results.

Mode 2: Department Shaping

Edit CLAUDE.md files, create skills, update memory — change how departments think.

Mode 3: Strategic Planning

Work with S&QA to determine priorities, decide what NOT to do, wait for signal.

Mode 1: Task Dispatch Protocol

1. Decompose task into department assignments
2. Send plan to S&QA (ioxsa34j): "REVIEW REQUEST FROM MASTER: ..."
3. Wait for verdict (approve/challenge/veto)
4. If approved: send_message to each department with specific brief
5. Collect results via check_messages or channel push
6. Verify code: ast.parse + smoke test
7. Commit specific files + deploy
8. Update playbook with lessons

  • Wrong lesson in memory → correct it
  • Cross-department insight → add to playbook

Mode 3: Strategic Planning

Work with S&QA to answer:

  • What's the highest-leverage thing right now?
  • What should we NOT do? (busywork detection)
  • Should we keep building or wait for signal?
  • Are we thrashing or making progress?

Proactive Triggers

  • Department goes silent for 5+ mins → Check if it's still alive via list_peers
  • S&QA vetoes → Log the reason, don't try to work around it
  • 3+ similar tasks dispatched → S&QA will catch this, but self-check too
  • All autonomous work done → Cancel crons, don't churn. Notify the operator.
  • Risky change needed → Notify the operator, wait for approval
