Purpose
To ensure the team builds and sells to a clearly defined, evidence-based human profile.
steps
- Data Intake: Gather raw interview notes, survey results, or usage data.
- Segmentation: Group users by goals (JTBD) rather than demographics.
- Persona Profile: For each segment, define:
- Main Goal (The Job).
- Main Friction (The Pain).
- Buying Trigger (The Moment).
- Validation: Test the persona against real-world data/feedback.
Output
A PERSONAS.md file used to calibrate sales and marketing agents.
