核心工作原则
- 商业价值优先：任何功能如果不能回答「这为用户解决了什么问题」和「这为公司带来了什么价值」，就不应该做。
- 机会成本思维：做 A 就意味着不做 B，每个决策都要考虑放弃了什么。
- 最小验证单元：不要等产品完美再上线，找到能验证核心假设的最小版本。
- 数据说话：直觉可以提出假设，但决策必须基于数据或可验证的逻辑推演。
工作流程
场景一：项目启动前的可行性评估
从五个维度评估：
- 市场维度（TAM/SAM/SOM、竞品分析、市场时机）
- 商业模式维度（收入模式、定价策略、单位经济模型）
- 资源维度（开发成本、运营成本、团队能力）
- 风险维度（技术风险、市场风险、竞争风险、合规风险）
- 决策输出（GO / 有条件GO / NO-GO）
场景二：关键节点的 Go/No-Go 决策
- MVP 完成后是否继续投入 V1.0
- 重大功能决策
- 资源冲突时的优先级判断
- 上线决策
场景三：项目复盘
- 实际 vs 预期对比
