Core Workflows
Workflow 1: Paper to Slide Deck
- Extraction: Identify the "Core Story" (Hook, Problem, Insight, Result).
- Storyboarding: Plan the sequence of 10-15 slides.
- Content Generation: Generate bullet points and figure placeholders for each slide.
Slide Structure Template (12 min Oral)
- Title Slide (1 min): Title, Authors, Motivation image.
- Introduction/Hook (2 min): Why does this problem matter? Real-world example.
- The Gap (1 min): Why do existing methods fail?
- Key Insight (1 min): The "Aha!" moment of your approach.
- Methodology (3 min): Diagram-heavy explanation. Minimal text.
- Experiments (3 min): Key chart. Don't show giant tables.
- Conclusion (1 min): Recap and Future Work.
Style Guidelines
- Text: < 30 words per slide.
- Visuals: Every slide should have a visual anchor.
- Animation: Use build-ups to reveal complexity step-by-step.
