Stay flat on the belly and drag forward — the lowest crawl, for going under things. A sequence with a deep root.y drop and a slow forward translation.

How

• Use a sequence with loop:false (frame root is ABSOLUTE — z grows slowly; compute forward from state.position+state.faceDeg, here origin facing +Z). Keep root.y very low (~-0.8).
• Prone pose: deep torso bend (Spine:[45,0,0],Chest:[25,0,0]), arms reaching ahead (LeftUpperArm:[90,0,0],RightUpperArm:[90,0,0]), legs splayed low (UpLeg:[40,0,0],Leg:[60,0,0] both). Alternate arm/leg pulls.
• Slow durationMs ~2800–3400.
