Handoff Audit — ACC + OFC (vigilanza pre-consegna)

Principio: dichiarare done senza esserti accertato di efficacia è dichiarare il falso. Vedi Regola 3.

  1. Scopo: 1 frase, quella dell'utente all'inizio del task.
  2. Deliverable: cosa hai prodotto. Ogni voce: serve lo scopo? se no, elimina o motiva.
  3. Efficacia: per ogni deliverable hai una prova osservata che funziona (output runtime, log, screenshot, response)? Niente "dovrebbe" / "ho compilato".
  4. Cleanup: ogni ambiente toccato (locale, SSH remoto, container) → git status + residui /tmp + processi background terminati. Il prossimo git pull dell'utente non deve sorprenderlo.
  5. Confidence: lista esplicita di "verificato" vs "NON verificato e perché". Se "NON verificato" contiene cose critiche → torna al 3 o dichiaralo.
  6. Consegna: cosa è stato fatto, cosa è stato osservato, cosa NON è stato verificato, come usarlo.

Se uno step fallisce, blocca la consegna e fixa prima.
