Generates a Statement of Work once a proposal is verbally accepted. Invoked by /proposal sow . Output: PROPOSAL-SOW-[Client].md.

Sections

  1. Parties & Effective Date — agency, client, start date
  2. Services & Deliverables — exact list with quantities/frequency (pull from the accepted proposal scope)
  3. Timeline & Milestones — dates and acceptance criteria per milestone
  4. Fees & Payment Terms — amount, schedule (e.g. 50% upfront / monthly on the 1st), late terms, what's billable
  5. Client Responsibilities — access, approvals, assets, response times
  6. Term & Termination — length, renewal, notice period, kill fee
  7. Exclusions & Change Orders — out of scope items and how changes are priced
  8. Confidentiality & IP — who owns deliverables, NDA reference
  9. Signatures — both parties, date
