View or edit the shared profile that the oss-contribute plugin uses for stable preferences (watched repos, languages, default GitHub account, default budget, what "ripe" means). All other skills in the plugin read from this same file so settings never drift across surfaces.
Find Issues
Find ripe open-source issues you could actually contribute to — runs across the user's watched-repo list, filters by language/stack/budget, scores each candidate by "is this ripe" signals (no assignee, no linked PR, small scope, recent maintainer activity), and outputs a ranked shortlist with a one-line "why this one". Hands off to /oss-contribute:contribute-upstream once the user picks one.
Contribute Upstream
Turn a bug you hit in a third-party dependency (while working in your own project) into an upstream contribution PR — or a well-filed issue if a clean upstream repro isn't feasible. Handles the boring parts — reading CONTRIBUTING, duplicate search, package-manager setup, commit/PR conventions, changesets — and a local patch handoff so the consumer repo isn't blocked.
Log
Generate a portfolio entry from your merged upstream contributions. Reads the active GitHub account from the shared profile, queries `gh search prs --author @me --state merged` for a configurable window (default 90 days), and renders a hybrid artifact — table-of-contents at the top, one detail block per PR below. Sources content from PR title + body verbatim; no embellishment, no auto-publishing.
