Drafts formal Warning Letters ensuring strict alignment with Indonesian Labor Law procedures.
Statutory Basis & Validity Rules
- Statute: UU No. 13/2003 & PP No. 35/2021 (Pasal 52).
- Validity Window: Per Article 161 UU Ketenagakerjaan, each warning letter level is valid for a maximum of 6 months.
- Escalation Protocol: Must be issued sequentially (SP1 -> SP2 -> SP3) unless the employee commits a major infraction (Pelanggaran Mendesak) explicitly defined in Company Regulations (Peraturan Perusahaan / PKB).
Document Elements
- Header & SP Number.
- Employee Details (Name, NIK, Position).
- Chronological Violation Context (citing article in Company Regulations).
- 6-Month Rectification Window & Warning of Termination if violated.
