Problem Solution

skill-aiai-mastermind-aiai-mastermind-tools-and-skills-problem-solution · by AiAi-Mastermind

Create a social post built from a real problem the agency's ICP complains about, in their own words, answered by the agency's value proposition. Use when the daily lane is problem-solution, or when the owner says "problem post", "what are clients complaining about", or shares a client pain point to post about. Requires brain/My_Agency_Context.md.

About

Problem-Solution

The most magnetic content names a problem the reader already feels, in words they already use. This lane mines how the ICP actually complains, then positions the agency as the calm answer. You are not inventing pain. You are quoting it back.

Step 1: Read the brain

Read brain/My_Agency_Context.md (WHO I SERVE, MY COMMUNITY, MY STORY, the value proposition, agency name and contact) and brain/voice/voice-profile.md. Note which persona today's post targets. One post, one persona.

Step 2: Mine complaints in their own words

Search where the ICP vents, and capture verbatim phrases, not summaries:

  • Reddit (small business subs, local city subs, industry subs the ICP lives in)
  • Google and Yelp reviews of insurance agencies in the area (low-star reviews are a goldmine for what people hate about the experience; never name the agency)
  • Facebook groups, Nextdoor, and community forums for the ICP's trade or neighborhood
  • The complaints can be about insurance, or about the ICP's wider life: their industry, employees, taxes, fees, paperwork, being too busy, feeling ignored

Collect 5 to 10 verbatim quotes with sources. The exact wording matters: "nobody picks up the phone" beats "poor customer service" every time.

Step 3: Pick one problem

Choose the complaint that scores highest on: how often it appears, how emotionally raw the wording is, and how directly the agency's value proposition answers it. Save the unused quotes to brain/what-worked.md candidates for future posts.

Step 4: Create the hook, visual concept, and copy

  • Hook: use their words, or a sharpened version of them. "You need a COI by 8 AM and your agent's office is closed" outperforms "We offer responsive service."
  • Visual concept: show the feeling of the problem moment (the unanswered phone, the 11 PM paperwork, the confused renewal letter). One image, one emotion. Pass this to image-brand.
  • Copy: PAS is the default frame here. Problem (their words), Agitate (the real cost of living with it), Solution (how the agency handles it). If brain/voice/story-bank.md exists and a story fits, weave one in. If it does not exist, write the solution without a personal anecdote rather than inventing one.

Step 5: Land the agency value proposition

The solution is the agency, stated the way the brain states it, in plain language. No jargon, no education-speak: explain what it means for them. Close with a soft, compliant CTA in the approved-phrases style: "Give us a call and we will help you review." Include agency name and contact in the caption and on the final visual.

Compliance tripwires for this lane

This lane brushes against the rules more than any other. Before handoff, self-check:

  • No named competitors or carriers, even when quoting a review about one
  • No "you are overpaying" style absolutes; possibility language only
  • No guarantees that the agency fixes the problem; show how it works instead
  • Complaints are quoted anonymously, with usernames and identifying details removed

Step 6: Hand off

  1. Call the image-brand skill with the visual concept.
  2. Run the compliance-check skill on the complete draft.
  3. On PASS, create the post folder in output/drafts/ per output/README.md and proceed to posting-mmm. On FAIL, revise per the exact concern and re-check.
