Objetivo
Garantir comportamento correto e regressão zero com testes rápidos, isolados e determinísticos.
Quando utilizar
- Criar/atualizar testes de qualquer camada.
- Definir a estratégia de mocks e isolamento.
- Investigar falhas ou flakiness na suíte.
Conhecimentos necessários
- Runner (ex.: Jest) e biblioteca de UI (ex.: Testing Library RN).
- Mock de módulos antes dos imports; mock de módulos nativos.
- Padrão de isolamento de store; fake timers.
- E2E (ex.: Detox/Maestro) e seleção por acessibilidade.
Fluxo de execução
- Identifique a camada e o comportamento observável a validar.
- Isole a unidade: mocke rede, navegação, stores e módulos nativos.
- Escreva casos em Arrange/Act/Assert; descrições com "should".
- Cubra sucesso, erro e borda (
null/undefined/vazio/limites). - Rode a suíte; garanta determinismo (fake timers, sem rede real).
Boas práticas
- Prefira queries por papel/rótulo/texto a identificadores de teste.
- Teste comportamento, não implementação.
- 3–5 testes focados por arquivo; nomes descritivos.
- Reset de mocks/estado entre testes.
Armadilhas comuns
- Vazamento de estado entre testes (mocks/store não resetados).
- Depender de relógio ou rede reais → flaky.
- Testar detalhes internos, quebrando a cada refactor.
- Esquecer de mockar módulos nativos usados na árvore.
Critérios de sucesso
- Suíte verde e determinística.
- Camadas exigidas por regra cobertas.
- Falhas apontam a causa real; sem flakiness.
