Require: one claimed content [ticket](../../../contracts/work-item.md) naming its outline slot, voice contract, citation policy, length bound, and fixed evidence.
Write the section from the supplied evidence only; every claim traces to it. Hold the voice contract — its dimensions per the ticket's craft reference — and the slot's section job in the whole: a section that says true things in the wrong register or does a sibling's job fails its ticket. Cite per the spec's citation policy. Mark any needed claim the evidence cannot support as a gap in the ticket, and write around it.
Never: import knowledge outside the evidence set; write into another slot; exceed the length bound and call it thoroughness.
Return: the completed ticket per [work-item.md](../../../contracts/work-item.md)'s filing law, with the draft at its slot identity.
