Quick PRD Workflow

What This Workflow Does

Orchestrates multiple skills to produce a complete PRD with competitive context. First analyzes competitors (if provided), then generates PRD incorporating those insights. Finally, creates prototype in user-selected format (HTML).

Stage 1: Perception

目标:完成需求感知层的数据收集和分析

Step 1.0: Perception Brainstorming (BEFORE any skill invocation)

  1. Analyze user's initial input for the product/feature domain
  2. Identify what perception data already exists in docs/product/
  3. Gap Analysis: What's missing for a complete perception picture?
  • Market intelligence: market scope, trends, TAM/SAM/SOM
  • Competitive analysis: which competitors, feature focus
  • User research: target users, pain points, personas
  1. For each gap, ask user ONE question at a time using AskUserQuestion:
  • "需要分析哪些竞品?" → multi-select
  • "目标用户是谁?" → multiple choice options
  • "有用户研究数据吗?" → yes/no/need to conduct
  1. Present a Perception Summary to the user:
  • What we know
  • What we've analyzed (market, competitors, users)
  • What's still unclear
  • Recommended next steps
  1. User must approve the Perception Summary before entering skill invocation.

  • Key messages 和 value proposition
  • Prioritization 结果(来自 docs/product/.ompm/prioritization.json)— 前 N 项及 RICE 分数
  • Roadmap 亮点(来自 docs/product/roadmap.md)— 关键里程碑
