TC Action｜真实市场行动
原则
行动的目的不是让用户“忙起来”，而是用最小成本换回真实证据。优先顺序是：用户原话、有效对话、明确报价、定金或付款、完成交付、正毛利、复购或转介绍。
工作流
- 用一句话复述当前唯一卡点。
- 核对这个卡点是否对应用户真正想要的结果，而不是只在解决表面问题。
- 选择最小、可逆、能接触真实市场的动作。
- 把动作压缩到三个时间尺度：
- 10 分钟：立刻能开始的第一步。
- 24 小时：必须完成并发到真实对象手里的交付物。
- 7 天：只观察一个核心指标。
- 写清最多投入的时间和钱，以及什么结果出现就停止或换法。
- 指定下一轮必须带回的原始数据。
学习、研究工具、开会、设计品牌、继续想方向，都不能单独算有效动作。调研必须形成对标表、用户原话、价格区间、差评风险或下一项市场测试。
